1. Service Overview

AIQuotaRouter provides a unified API gateway that allows users to access various AI models with a fixed monthly token quota. We act as a router between you and the underlying AI providers.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Subscriptions are billed monthly and provide a specific number of tokens for that period.

3. Usage Limits and Quotas

Quotas are enforced per calendar month. Once your quota is reached, API requests will return an error until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our service to violate the terms of service of any underlying AI providers, nor for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

AIQuotaRouter is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any outages caused by underlying provider interruptions.
